Last Summer we did a food drive and fed over 10,000 PHX families in the height of the recession.
What should we do next?
Taking ideas for awesome ways to give back. Would like something that we can get the creative class/local agencies involved in as well. Please submit ides in comments below.

We’re going to take Amy’s great idea and do a school supply drive.. details soon.
Volunteer/Help in the upcoming Underwater robotics competition. Either as judges, or mentors.

Take Two…
*During the summertime most Phoenix shelters need bottled water thanks to our lovely, life-draining sunshine. Maybe we could do a bottled water drive for a nearby shelter?
*Also, a backpack and school supplies drive would be great for some local schools. Chandler schools go back at the end of July so this is the time to get started. I’ve got few schools in mind if you need suggestions.
I’m happy to help with any of the projects we take on…if Josh will let me! ;o)
beyond a shadow of a doubt, one of the most valuable things people can give non profits is executive level experience and skills. it would be amazing for you guys to step in to a non profit in real need of marketing, social media or tech help and give them your level of expertise.

I would love to see Gangplank and the creative community get behind a drive for some of the harder to achieve items on the Child Crisis Center of the East Valley’s wishlist.

Pretty sure you guys could handle a PSIII and games along with items for arts and crafts.
