Mike Kovarik is a 15 year veteran of the Food service industry. After graduating from ASU, he was placed in the purchasing department at the second largest food service distributor in the country, US Foods. His storied career would take him from entry level buyer to highly respected Director of Product Information Management, a key role that would springboard US Foods to the cutting edge in the eCommerce and product data management spaces.
Mike has also had an active real estate business which has earned and lost him a millions of dollars. With his real estate business booming and an appetite for jumping to the next curve, Mike harnessed his purchasing, category management, supply chain, and unique experience building technology within US Foods to launch Attribytes – a revolutionary platform that leverages data to connect buyers and sellers to drive sales growth.

Jason Gunn started his career as a passionate culinarian. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he journeyed to Arizona to run franchise operations for a booming restaurant company that expanded to 22 locations across the country in less than a year. He then landed a sales job with US Foods, the second largest Food service distributor in the country, where he honed his relationship building and sales skills. Jason’s networking skills would lead him to then Director of Product Information Management, Mike Kovarik, who would take him onto the team and they would work with other industry leaders to drive data standards to promote ecommerce, support merchandising, and supply chain operations.
Jason’s problem solving and leadership skills would help him rise through the corporate ranks to eventually lead the data team and represent US Foods at the industry level with the global data standards company GS1. He has served as co-chair on the Marketing Committee, participated as a Community Advisory Board Member, and has had regular speaking roles at GS1’s national events.
Jason left the comforts of corporate America to work with Mike to launch Attribytes – a revolutionary platform that leverages data to connect buyers and sellers to drive sales growth.
