Gangplank has a number of programs and initiatives that need in-kind support. Below are a number of opportunities to contribute with product and time.
Classroom
What we need:
- 8-12 new or used PCs/Macs
- 5 laptops or netbooks
- 2-3 basic tool kits (screwdriver, hammer, etc)
- Art supplies (poster paper, easel, markers, canvases, etc)
- Software
For your in-kind sponsorship, you will receive:
- Naming rights for Classroom
- Company logo displayed on all product donations
- Monthly volunteer opportunity for employees (running workshop, event, programming)
- Logo on our website under partners
Services
Service in-kind sponsorships are exclusive for the contracted time.
Printing Provider
Sponsorship available for 6- or 12-months with option to renew. We’re looking for a donation of printing services for event posters, calendar handouts, branded marketing materials, etc.
Internet
Sponsorship available for 12- or 24-months with option to renew. We’re looking for a donation of Internet service for Gangplank space, as well as routers, ports and/or wiring.
Phone
Sponsorship available for 12- or 24-months with option to renew. We’re looking for a donation of phone service for Gangplank space, as well as equipment.
Clothing
Sponsorship available for 6- or 12-months with option to renew. We’re looking for a donation of merchandise design and printing including shirts, hats, hoodies, etc.
For your in-kind service sponsorship, you will receive:
- Exclusivity
- Logo on our website under partners
- Logo included on service donated (i.e. in newsletter, on shirts/hats, on posters, sign in main space etc)
- Announcement and automatic sponsorship (depending on donation) at any event utilizing those services
