Community Builders Open Space 2014

Gangplank Community Builders from all over the country came together for a fun filled Open Space Unconference. After two days of sharing our experience, our hopes, and our struggles this is what we walked away with:

Personal take aways from our Community Builders:

  • “Being a leader doesn’t mean you have to have a voice”
  • “Trust the process and the people”
  • “Connect all GP locations more!”

  • “All keyholders need to be in charge (of the facility) in times of need”
