3D Modeling Classes

Gangplank Queen Creek offers affordable 3D modeling classes that teach both the fundamentals of 3D printing, basic 3D modeling (using programs that are free or paid), troubleshooting and advanced modeling techniques.

Blender Classes

Blender is an open-source 3D modeling program that can be used to create 3D models. Blender is best used for making organic shapes, sculptures, and other mesh objects. Guy Parrulli teaches this class, and requests that you have moderate computer experience and a mouse with a wheel (third button) before signing up for the class.

Fusion 360 Classes

Fusion 360 is a licensed 3D modeling program that can be used to create 3D models. Fusion 360 is best used for making functional objects, multi-piece objects, or for rapid prototyping parts. Lisa Dalton teaches this class, and requests that you have moderate computer experience, a mouse with a wheel (third button), and a validated Fusion360 license –with Fusion 360 installed on your machine– before signing up for the class.
